We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 2 days of your purchase, if 2 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Beginning Immediately, we are updating our refund policy so that PROSESSING FEES of  up to 5% will no longer be returned when Tri Star Nurseries issues a full or partial refund to buyers. We are making this change because Tri Star Nurseries has always incurred processing fees from our network and payments partners on all transactions at the time of sale. Modifying our refunds policy more accurately reflects that Tri Star Nurseries does not recoup these costs in full in instances of refunds, and matches current industry standards.
